Creating package to test for my afs.conf patch

1	This package ensures the application of the OpenAFS patch,
2	macos-packaging-using-afs-conf-when-possible-20080121, due to be incorporated
3	into OpenAFS 1.4.7.

5	If this package fails to install, download and install the MacAthena project's
6	patch at http://macathena.mit.edu/dist/openafs-config-update.pkg.tar.gz and then
7	try to install this package again.
